Media observatories are spaces where professors, scholars, journalists, and citizens study communication and media from different perspectives. From 2007 to 2013, I coordinated Quid ITESO: Critical Analysis of Media, a media observatory of ITESO\u2019s Department of Sociocultural Studies that later became ETIUS: Observatory of Communication and Culture. This section brings together the texts I have written about what media observatories are, what purposes they serve, and how they work, as well as other materials related to this topic.<\/p>\n
